This is what they call a functional piece of art!

The project ‘Couch on Canvas’ shows seating furniture with cushions and foam form melted together in one piece. A canvas slipcover is draped on top and covers the chair entirely. Only the bold painted outlines on the canvas cover draw out a suggestion of separation between seat and pillows. 

As the cushions are fixed, the position is made in such a way that the chair is very comfortable to sit on.

Handmade and hand-painted by the designer so every item is a unique piece.

Care Instructions:

The chairs and slipcovers are carefully handmade and the outlines are hand-painted. The slipcover fabric should be treated gently. Spot clean stains with a clean white cloth, using cold water and a mild water-based detergent. Dab gently, don’t rub the fabric and don’t rub the painted lines. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
